COMMUNICATION

If you are not part of the commission discord server already, I will ask that you join it as it is a centralized hub for all my clients.You will receive your own private channel that no one besides you and I can access.It may take a few days for me to respond to messages due to a large amount of clients at a time.I post my schedule and life updates to my Trello; if there is a delay, chances are I have posted about it there.I will be respectful of your time and energy and be polite, and I ask you do the same for me.I would prefer that any roleplay-like discussion stay out of our business conversation.
OC PARAMETERS
For all of my commission options I will only draw OCs that are already designed.
If you want specific colors but only have shaded references/3D models, you must send a hex code(s) or color palette.
You are welcome to hold onto a commission you have purchased and return when you have a complete reference. Please make me aware of this decision, otherwise, I will refund you.
COMMISSION CHANGES
You may change your OC or commission details (such as pose, lighting, etc) BEFORE the lineart stage.
I will not change the character or major aspects (such as posing/outfit, hairstyle) at the lineart stage or beyond
However, please do not be afraid to ask for changes you want.
If I get a design detail wrong even upon completion, I will change it no problem!

I will have 6 months time + 1 month allotted vacation/sick time to complete your commission, unless given a voluntary extension by the client.

Refunds
No refunds unless either of the three conditions happen:
A. I personally feel that I am unable to complete your commission and will refund you myself.
B. I do not complete your commission after 6 months + 1 Month Allotted Vacation Time from when I first accepted your commission or did the sketch.
C. You request me to design a character when the commission option you purchased is NOT a design commission.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to complete upon request.
eShop/steam card commissions are non-refundable.
OTHER INFORMATION
Please keep in mind that I am one person and do not have a manager or coworkers. I independently handle all social media, scheduling, communication, finances, art, and animation.I work on all client’s commissions with the same quality and will never give a product that is intentionally of lesser quality.My goal is to give you a product you are happy with. I will give you as many reasonable opportunities as possible (depending on the commission type) to ask for changes.I will not bear responsibility if you are unhappy with the result if I have obliged with all requested changes and have given you my best effort to be transparent and hard working.
