Commercial rights are automatically included.
Meaning you can use these to advertise Twitch subscriptions and sell merchandise.I use Clip Studio Paint for frame by frame/tweened animations, and Live2D for tweened animations as well. In most cases I will prioritize using Live2D for tweened animation but there are exceptions.PLEASE READ TOS FOR MORE INFORMATION

COMMUNICATION
Twitter / Discord
If you are not part of the commission discord server already, I will ask that you join it as it is a centralized hub for all my clients.You will receive your own private channel that no one besides you and I can access.It may take a few days for me to respond to messages due to a large amount of clients at a time.I post my schedule and life updates to my Trello; if there is a delay, chances are I have posted about it there.I will be respectful of your time and energy and be polite, and I ask you do the same for me.I would prefer that any roleplay-like discussion stay out of our business conversation.
OC PARAMETERS
For all of my commission options I will only draw OCs that are already designed.
This means no exclusively-text descriptors. You don’t need a complete reference sheet, but you are required to provide at least one colored image that visually depicts what you want drawn.
For example, if your image only has the head drawn, I will not be responsible for designing the body.
If you want specific colors but only have shaded references/3D models, you must send a hex code(s) or palette image of the colors.
You are welcome to hold onto a commission you have purchased and return when you have a complete reference. Please make me aware of this decision, otherwise, I will refund you.
COMMISSION CHANGES
You may change your OC or commission details (such as pose, lighting, etc) BEFORE the sketch stage.I will not change the character or major aspects (such as posing/outfit) at the lineart stage or beyondPlease do not be afraid to ask for changes you want.If I get a design detail wrong even upon completion, I will change it no problem!
art process
I may use references (photos and 3D models) during the art process, but I do not trace.
If you order multiple animated emotes that are motion tweened, there is a chance I will re-use the same head/face for other emotes in your order. Live2D is a very flexible software and I am able to create multiple animations from the same base, much like using a puppet rig. Using the same base artwork can help save time and makes your emote gallery look more consistent.
Some examples:
While I typically keep my base files, I do occassionally clear my documents or things may get lost/corrupted due to hardware issues. This means there is a risk of your commission progress being reset OR I will not have access to a previous commission of yours if you would like to receive it again.

Turnaround times are rough estimates assuming under ~8 clients are on my to-do list.Emote commissions exist on their own schedule and have extended wait and completion times.Please preview my current queue below to check before purchasing.

Refunds
No refunds unless either of the three conditions happen:
A. I personally feel that I am unable to complete your commission and will refund you myself.
B. I do not complete your commission after 6 months + 1 Month Allotted Vacation Time from when I first accepted your commission or did the sketch.
C. You request me to design a character when the commission option you purchased is NOT a design commission.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to complete upon request.
eShop/steam card commissions are non-refundable.
OTHER INFORMATION
Please keep in mind that I am one person and do not have a manager or coworkers. I independently handle all social media, scheduling, communication, finances, art, and animation.I work on all client’s commissions with the same quality and will never give a product that is intentionally of lesser quality.My goal is to give you a product you are happy with. I will give you as many reasonable opportunities as possible (depending on the commission type) to ask for changes.I will not bear responsibility if you are unhappy with the result if I have obliged with all requested changes and have given you my best effort to be transparent and hard working.
